Our services also include the innovative contour marking process, which creates precise marks on the material using a special milling tool. Compared to conventional marking systems, this process is both faster and more precise. Moreover, the marks remain visible after galvanization, making it easier to trace and identify components.

Component packaging as requested

We rely on efficient flame-cutting technology: Our ultramodern processing lines, equipped with two oxy-fuel and two plasma torches, ensure custom and precise cutting of sheet metal plates according to your specifications. On request, we will also deslag or deburr the cuts. It goes without saying that drilling, countersinking and thread cutting are also on offer. And we can label your plates according to your requirements to ensure easy and reliable identification from manufacture to assembly.

Our certification from GSI SLV Duisburg authorizes us to remark stock in accordance with DIN EN 764-5 section 6.2.

Bending: 100% quality, 100% precision, 100% Kerschgens

The first in Germany with top certifications

High quality, narrow tolerances and exemplary quality control – and we have written proof: In 2008, our rebar bending plant in Bitburg was the first German company to be certified by the ISB Institute for the quality of its concrete reinforcement products. The certificate guarantees premium products from manufacture to delivery. Our Rebar and Bending Center can process just over 100 metric tons per day, ensuring both high quality and high availability.

For demanding bending work, we rely on two modern stirrup bending machines that allow us to create any conceivable stirrup shape with diameters between 8 and 16 mm.

To save valuable time on the construction site, we will be happy to cut reinforcing mesh to size or supply entire mesh cages up to a length of 2.30 m. And we carry a wide range of rebar accessories: We will deliver binding wire rolls, spacers or rebar assembly components from our warehouse directly to your construction site. Good to know: On request, we will also plot the corresponding detailed drawings and installation drawings for you.
