Maximum precision and quality due to reliable processes – these are the defining characteristics of our Sheet Metal Processing Center. In terms of infrastructure, our machines reflect the current state of the art. Electronic processing of CNC data improves process reliability, prevents input errors and ensures quick order processing.

Oxy-fuel and plasma torches guarantee precise cutting operations in our Sheet Metal Processing Center. Contour marking is another service we offer: On request, we will add welding and assembly marks and stamp item numbers onto your workpieces. Your assemblers on site will appreciate the help!

Sophisticated drill jobs with up to 50 mm diameter are ideal tasks for our CNC-controlled drilling machines. Our extensive tool selection even allows us to cut countersinks and threaded holes for you. Our commitment to quality is also evident in our blasting and shop priming work: High-quality materials ensure optimal blasting results. Our machine descales the material to the SA 2.5 surface standard.

The combination of experienced employees, who monitor the entire manufacturing process, and modern machinery ensures a uniform layer thickness.

By the way: Our certification from GSI SLV Duisburg authorizes us to remark stock in accordance with DIN EN 764-5 section 6.2.

We process sheet metal of the following grades from our stock:

  • S 235 JR+AR, thickness: 6–30 mm, size: 2,000 x 6,000 mm
  • S355 J2+N, thickness: 25–60 mm, size: 2,000 x 6,000 mm

  • Test certificate 2.2 EN 10204
  • Test certificate 3.1 EN 10204
  • Weld bead bend test acc. to SEP1390
  • US (ultrasonic test) acc. to EN 10160 S2E2, 100 mm grid
