At Kerschgens, the company guidelines – more team, more competence, more customer value, more commitment – always have top priority. It goes without saying that these guidelines also shape our human resource policy. All staff development measures are designed with these values in mind.
We promote young people by offering them vocational training, and support experienced employees with a variety of external and internal advanced training programs. The purpose of these measures is to foster our employees' professional and personal development. Needless to say, our customers also benefit from this approach. Happy and well-trained employees are an asset that immediately benefits the company.
To secure the next generation of our staff, we train 15–20 young people in various jobs every year.
In addition, we have created the "Kerschgens Training" program for trainees and other staff members. The program consists of several modules with seminars on our product lines and on certain fiscal subjects that are held by members of our own staff or by external experts.
Our doors are always open to committed and competent newcomers and experienced professionals.
